Benny the Bear Chooses
A playful bear named Benny loved to be an explorer. This morning, Benny decides to be brave and go on a big adventure.
He walks through the forest, feeling the warm sunbeams on his face. "Today will be the day I swim across the river," Benny thinks.
As he lumbers through the trees, he meets a friendly bird. "Hello, Benny!" chirps the bird. "Want to be my helper to build a nest?"
Benny smiles and says, "I would love to be your helper!" Together, they gather twigs and leaves to build a cozy nest.
Feeling hungry, Benny decides to be a berry picker and finds some sweet berries. He thinks, "These will be yummy for lunch!"
After eating, Benny sees a stream. "I can be a fisherman!" he shouts. He catches a big, slippery fish in the water.
That night, under the twinkly stars, Benny falls asleep, dreaming about what he can be tomorrow.
